Build a supplier risk questionnaire
Pick the kind of supplier and the risks you care about. You get a questionnaire with plain questions, the answer each one needs and why you're asking, ready to send as a Word document or a spreadsheet.
Everything stays in your browser. The page is blocked from making network requests, so nothing you type is sent anywhere.
Track the answers, not just the questions
Once suppliers reply, Qeluntra keeps due-diligence evidence, remediation owners and deadlines in one place, linked to your contracts.

How to use it
- Choose one or more supplier types. Questions that only matter for other kinds of supplier are left out (for example, site safety questions don't go to a software vendor).
- Keep the risk areas that match what the supplier does for you and how critical they are. A short questionnaire gets better answers than a long one.
- Download it, edit anything you like, and send it. The spreadsheet has a blank column for the supplier's answers.

Important
This questionnaire is a starting point, not legal or compliance advice. Adapt it to your contracts, your sector and the laws that apply to you, and ask your own advisers where it matters.
Questions
Is anything I type saved or uploaded?
No. The page's security policy blocks all outgoing requests (connect-src 'none'). The files are created on your computer.
Why a .doc file?
It opens in Microsoft Word, LibreOffice and Google Docs. Save it as .docx from Word if you need to.
Can I use it for existing suppliers too?
Yes. Many teams send a shorter version every year to their critical suppliers to check that nothing has changed.
